Refurbishment and fit-out of 5 luxury apartments in Clerkenwell. The design was driven by a low carbon approach and circularity principles. Materials were carefully selected to ensure a high recycled content, low VOC’s and, where possible, manufactured in the UK.

This approach resulted in a carbon footprint under 100kgCO2/m² and exceptional air quality without sacrificing on the quality and finish that would be expected from a high-end residential project.
