Building projects are divided into a series of work stages, which spans from the client’s initial project brief to completion. Our approach is based on the RIBA Plan of Work but it will be tailored to suit each individual project.

Client’s can appoint us for any or all of the work stages as they require. Our level of involvement often varies between projects and is dependant on the client’s needs, experience and the type of project.
